وصل وكيل محادثة يعمل داخل متجر على سلة. هذه الصفحة تقول بوضوح ما الذي يُخزَّن، ولمدة كم، وكيف يُحذف. Wasl is a conversational agent that works inside a Salla store. This page says plainly what is stored, for how long, and how it is erased.

البيانات المخزَّنةThe data stored

• نص المحادثة بين العميل والوكيل، وما نتج عنها من سلة ومنتجات مُقترَحة.
• رقم جوال العميل، ولا يُخزَّن إلا بعد أن يشاركه العميل بنفسه بضغطة واحدة، وذلك قبل الدفع أو الاستعلام عن طلب.
• مراجع الطلب: رقم الطلب وحالته وتحديثات الشحن، مع نسخة من منتجات المتجر وطلباته تُزامَن من سلة.
• ملاحظات تفضيل قصيرة ذكرها العميل بنفسه، مثل حجم أو عائلة عطرية مفضّلة.
• سجل الموافقة على الرسائل التسويقية: وقتها ونصها، متى أُعطيت.

• The text of the conversation between the customer and the agent, and the cart and suggestions that came out of it.
• The customer's phone number, stored only after the customer shares it themselves with one tap, before paying or asking about an order.
• Order references: the order number, its status and shipment updates, alongside a copy of the store's products and orders synced from Salla.
• Short preference notes the customer stated themselves, such as a preferred size or fragrance family.
• Marketing consent records: the time and the wording, when consent was given.

الدفع يتم على صفحة سلة نفسها. وصل لا يرى بيانات البطاقة ولا يخزنها.

Payment happens on Salla's own page. Wasl neither sees nor stores card data.

من يعالج الرسائلWho processes messages

يعالج وصل ومزوّد النموذج الذي يعتمد عليه نص الرسالة للرد عليها، وقد تتم المعالجة خارج المملكة. للعميل أن يطلب التحدث إلى شخص في أي وقت.

Wasl and the model provider it relies on process the text of a message in order to answer it, and that processing may happen outside the Kingdom. A customer may ask for a person at any time.

مدة الحفظRetention

• نصوص المحادثات: ١٢ شهراً.
• السلة: ٧ أيام بعد انتهاء صلاحيتها.
• ملاحظات التفضيل: حتى طلب الحذف، أو ٢٤ شهراً بلا نشاط.
• سجلات الموافقة: ٥ سنوات.
• بيانات المتجر كلها: ٩٠ يوماً بعد إزالة التطبيق من سلة.

• Conversation transcripts: 12 months.
• Carts: 7 days after they expire.
• Preference notes: until erasure is requested, or 24 months idle.
• Consent records: 5 years.
• All of a store's data: 90 days after the app is uninstalled from Salla.

الحذف والتواصلErasure and contact

يمكن للعميل طلب حذف بياناته من داخل المحادثة، أو بمراسلة abodi1987@gmail.com. يُنفَّذ الطلب خلال ٣٠ يوماً. وللتاجر الحذف من لوحة التحكم أو بالمراسلة نفسها.

A customer can ask for erasure inside the conversation, or by writing to abodi1987@gmail.com. A request is completed within 30 days. A merchant can erase from the dashboard or by writing to the same address.
